What does 360° Consulting do?
360° Consulting is a hotel consulting firm based in Rhodes, Greece. We handle tour operator contracting, revenue management, online distribution and sales for hotels and villas in Rhodes, the Dodecanese islands and across Greece.
Where do you work?
We are based in Rhodes and work with properties across the Dodecanese islands and the rest of Greece.
Do you work with hotels outside Rhodes?
Yes. Contracting, pricing and distribution run remotely through your channel manager and extranets.
What kind of properties do you work with?
Independent hotels, boutique hotels, apartments and private villas, from single villas to hotels with over 150 rooms.
Which tour operators and channels do you work with?
We work with more than 20 tour operators, bedbanks and OTAs, including TUI, Jet2holidays, easyJet Holidays, DERTOUR, loveholidays, On the Beach, Hotelbeds, Booking.com and Expedia.
What is nexus?
nexus is the in-house AI-powered operating system of 360° Consulting. Built by us, it connects pricing, contracting, distribution and reporting for every property we manage. It covers dynamic pricing, automated WebHotelier rate and minimum stay updates, tour operator contracting, BI reporting, rate shopping and fact sheets. Clients receive the results and reports, not a login.
Which systems do you use?
We work with channel managers, PMS and revenue tools including WebHotelier / PrimalRES, BEONx, Lighthouse, Protel, Hotelizer, Pylon and Welcome PMS. Alongside them we use nexus, our own platform, and Zoho One for CRM and project management.
Do you offer services beyond sales and revenue?
Yes. Through the 360° Ecosystem, our network of trusted partners, we offer hotel websites, photography, spa studies and construction, seasonal staff recruitment and contactless guest apps. We coordinate, our partners deliver.
Do you replace my sales or revenue manager?
It depends on your setup. We can run the full commercial side or support your in-house team.
Can you help before a hotel opens?
Yes. We set up pricing, contracts and channels before opening.
