Who we are
The controller is 360° Consulting (Florian Schaufler), Ethnarchou Makariou 45, Mandraki, 851 31 Rhodes, Greece. For any data protection question write to sales@360consulting.cc.
What we collect
Only what you send us: name, property name, number of rooms, email and your message through the contact form, or what you tell us by email, phone and WhatsApp. We use no analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
To answer your request and take steps before a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to stay in touch with you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who sees it
Form messages pass through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery service (Resend), acting as processors. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as our conversation needs it and up to 24 months after. If we start working together, the contract terms apply.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, and complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority ( www.dpa.gr ).
